Ingredients
- 1/2 lb brussel sprouts
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup cooked millet
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup milk, I prefer whole but others would work.
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Halve or quarter brussel spouts,
tos with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, and roast until tender and lightly brown,
20-30 minutes.
Once brussels sprouts are almost
ready, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for one minute,
whisk in flour and cook for one more minute.
